The Belgian branch, located in the center of Brussels, is actually looking for a Business Analyst to enforce the digitalisation process ongoing within the company.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Insurance within our insurance operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that Salesforce is configured to enhance customer experience, streamline claims and policy management, and support regulatory compliance.
Your skills & our offer
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across legal, claims, underwriting, and customer service to gather and document business requirements.
- Salesforce Integration: Work closely with Salesforce developers and architects to ensure the platform is tailored to insurance-specific workflows and legal protection products.
- Process Mapping: Analyse and document current business processes; identify opportunities for automation and efficiency using Salesforce capabilities.
- Data Management: Support data migration, data quality assurance, and integration with legacy systems.
- Testing & Validation: Develop test cases, coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and validate that Salesforce solutions meet business needs.
- Change Management: Assist in training, documentation, and user onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce Insurance.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure that all implemented solutions align with legal and regulatory requirements specific to legal protection insurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Experience with Salesforce Insurance (Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Industries, or similar) is a must.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SCRUM methodology
- Experience with policy administration systems and claims management platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to legal insurance (e.g., GDPR, Solvency II).
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
